As a former collegiate, a competitive player, and TPI Certified Golf, Junior, and Fitness professional, I&#8217;ll take anything that can make this game easier. I&#8217;ve accumulated a lot of experience both on and off the golf course over the years, so I can play golf with ease. Here at SSG, there are four pillars to having an effortless golf swing: 1) Physical Ability 2) Form 3) Performance 4) Course Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Understanding your physical ability, including your physical limitations, will help guide you down the right path to addressing your form. Form can take many shapes; there are a million ways to swing the club, but there\u2019s only one way that is effortless for you, and this will infuse your performance. Performance is being able to repeat your swing time and time again and being able to cope with various circumstances, which of course affects your course management. Course management has the largest impact on your overall score. Being able to know how to apply your performance and your margin of error is key to lowering your scores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A balanced combination of all four pillars leads to the confidence to play the best golf with a smooth swing. If any of the four pillars are lacking, it can lead to some of the most frustrating rounds you\u2019ll ever play.
